Aviso Wealth, in collaboration Assiniboine Credit Union, will be conducting a survey of the credit union’s wealth management members who have a Credential Investment Account. This is the second year that we will be participating.
Surveys will be emailed to wealth management members on April 17, 2023. The survey will be administered by the Credential Research Team.
The survey invitation email will be coming from their organization, specifically from the email Credential_Research@qualtrics-research.com and they will be distributing the survey with the Subject: Your Wealth Management Experience.
If any questions arise from our Wealth Members about the validity of this survey they can be directed to myself or any Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor or anyone on the ACU Wealth team. Last year members enquiries went directly to the advisor that was looking after the Wealth accounts. We do not anticipate many calls going elsewhere.
We are excited to get feedback on the Wealth Advice and Education that our Wealth Members experience.
Last year one of the feedback items was that our Wealth members wanted more proactive contact. We implemented contact plans in conjunction with our requirement for proactive Know Your Client (KYC) updates. We look forward to seeing if our actions are making a difference.
