We are excited to be able to share that your new ACU digital banking experience will be available starting November 4th!
What this means to you:
Beginning at midnight November 4th, the current ACU online and ACU Anytime mobile banking will no longer be available.
After 8 a.m. on November 4th you will need to go through a one-time enrollment process to access our new digital banking services.
To enroll, you will need:
- Your ACU debit card number and PAC (personal access code, which is the password you use to access ACU online or mobile banking).
- Email address or mobile phone number.
When you first sign in to the new ACU digital banking services, we’ll use your debit card number, your personal access code, and your email address or mobile phone number to verify your identity. Learn three ways to update your contact information here.
On November 4th, you’ll be able to visit our new website at acu.ca for details and demos about what’s new, and for simple instructions on how to enroll.
