Thank you again to all our members who were patient while we resolved the incorrect fee issue earlier this week. The issue was corrected within a few hours and we have now concluded our internal investigation.
We can confirm the cause of the issue was human error and was not the result of any security breach or cyber-attack. We are working hard to make sure this does not happen again.
Please note that regular account fees for October will be not be charged to those impacted accounts.
