We are following public health orders to ensure two metres, or six feet, of physical space between individuals as much as possible:

Floor decals have been installed to indicate suitable spacing while waiting in line.

Our employees will remind our members to maintain proper social distancing while in our branches.

Maintain at least two metres (six feet) between staff and members. This means keeping at least one metre distance between yourself and our wickets/desks.
We have established extra cleaning protocols and security measures in all our branches:

All branches have been equipped with protective shields at the teller wickets.

Sanitizer pump stations installed and available to all members and employees.

Regular cleaning of countertops, pin pads, ATMs and other high traffic areas.
