Service Status
Due to the Canada Post strike, you may experience delays in receiving or sending mail, including your member statements. Now’s a great time to switch to e-statements; learn how here.
Our members are responsible to continue making on-time scheduled payments, including loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
We encourage you to continue using Assiniboine Credit Union's convenient alternative banking methods:
- 24/7 telephone banking (Toll free: 1.888.958.8588)
- In-branch banking
- Digital banking (online and mobile banking)
Now is a great time to register for direct deposit for government payments, such as pension benefits, child tax credits, and GST payments, to ensure your funds arrive on time.
Why wait to receive your returns and pay cheques when you can have your money directly deposited into your account? Here are three simple steps to get started:
1. For your Government of Canada payments, visit their website. The website has a complete list of benefits and payments that can be deposited directly into your ACU account.
2. Ask your employer to provide the option for direct deposit.
3. Contact us if you need help getting direct deposit set up.
Direct deposits save time, are better for the environment, and offer more protection from fraud.
Please stay tuned for updates via the Canada Post website.
