Masks Requirements Changed

Based on current Manitoba Health recommendations, effective Monday, May 2, masks will no longer be required at our branches. Members and employees may choose to continue to wear their masks, but we will no longer enforce mandatory mask policies.

As a reminder, we are no longer enforcing social distance policies but do encourage you to do so if possible. There have been no additional changes to branch hours since our last update on February 28. Please refer to this page for up-to-date branch hours.

In-person appointments are available for booking, but if you prefer to meet with an advisor virtually, we will continue to offer virtual appointments for the foreseeable future.

As we have done all along, we will be continuing to monitor the pandemic situation closely over the coming weeks. Following the guidance of public health indicators, we will continue to adjust our policies as it is safe to do so.
